We are committed to processing and shipping your items as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Ready to Ship Items:
* Orders for ready-to-ship items will typically be processed and shipped within three (3) business days from the date the order is placed.
* Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
* You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Custom Items:
* Due to the personalized nature of custom items, please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
* Once your custom item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Rush Order:
* If you need an order to ship out sooner than these times, please reach out to us via the Contact Us tab
Delivery Times:
* Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided by the carrier at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canadian Orders & Import Fees:
Please be aware that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the Canadian government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all import fees. We are not liable for these charges, nor will we pay any additional shipping costs or issue refunds for items that are
rejected or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
* You have fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your item(s) to contact us regarding a return.
* To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in unused condition and with all original tags still attached.
Return Process:
* Contact Us: Please notify us of your intention to return an item within the 15-day window by contacting us via the Contact Us tab. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
* Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
* Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the value of the item(s) as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
* Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions (unused and with original tags).
* If the item(s) are approved, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
* For item(s) returned without the original tags, a partial refund of 50% of the item's purchase value may be issued, provided the item is otherwise in unused condition. The final decision on the partial refund amount will be at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items:
* Items that have been customized are not eligible for return, unless they arrive with a defect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
